I’m sitting in the Presence of the Here and Now, Grateful for and to this moment . As I breathe in through the nose out through the mouth, the energy of my heart expands and ripples out Within the presence of my heart I am returned Home to the Center of my Loving My/The True Nature .

From this point of reference I hold a sacred space for the creative process of “Life Living Itself” and continuing to attune to “Mastering my freewill as a holy duty” ️️
