Reiki Kids
A Reiki program for Children
Age group 6-10 years

In this playshop the children will get in touch with the subtle energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki. This course is designed to be fun and interesting for children who have an awareness of their energetic being and would like to spend time in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere which allows them to explore their innate potential. Children have a natural awareness of healing energy and can often see it. They are very close to the flow of life. It is easy for them to learn Reiki. In this class we honor their unique perspectives and present Reiki in a way they can understand.

Reiki Teens

What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for creating happiness, relaxation and healing. But hands on healing is just its entrance. As we practice Reiki we begin to understand that it is meaningful to our purpose that we achieve a peaceful state of mind and through this peaceful state we connect to the Universal Energy bringing comfort and well-being to ourselves and others. The word Reiki is comprised of two separate Japanese words: Rei can mean Spirit/Soul or of the Heavens, Universal and Ki translates to Life Energy/Power or Spirit, Force. Therefore, Reiki is an organizing principle supporting all life processes. Seeing, knowing all as Itself.
Reiki Teens is taught as a one day intensive. All of the information and techniques are covered including:
Learning the history, how Reiki works, receiving level 1 attunement, self-healing techniques and standard treatment for others, the Original Reiki Ideals, the Three Pillars of Usui Reiki, the Five Reiki Objectives and much more.

This is the Advanced Reiki level. You receive the Usui Master symbol used to bring powerful healing and grounding energy to whatever or whomever you are offering healing to and the attunement for this level of Reiki, using crystals and a Reiki Crystal Healing Grid. Much meditation is an aspect of this degree and we will spend adequate time developing your healing skills through various meditation techniques as well as Aura Clearing.

The Master teacher level of Reiki is a wonderful and sweet experience. You will learn the Tibetan aspects of Reiki, the meditations and symbols associated with the qualities of a true Reiki Master. You will receive your Master attunement as well as learn how to give each level of attunement, including self-attunements and healing attunements. Advanced meditation techniques are also introduced.

Karuna Reiki® Training Level 1 & 2
With Shannon Sosebee, Usui/Tibetan & Karuna Reiki® Master
This is an advanced class and is taught only to Reiki Masters. Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means compassionate action. This healing system was developed by William Lee Rand. It has been thoroughly tested and found to be very effective. It is the next step after Usui Master Training.
A description of the four Karuna I symbols is given here:
First) Prepares the client to receive deep healing and is also useful with past life issues.
Second) Heals deeply seated issues including unconscious patterns, child and sexual abuse, shadow- self issues and can release the cause of psychic and psychological attack. It also works with karmic issues on the cellular level.
Third) Fills the client with love and can be used to heal relationships, stop bad habits and create good ones, heal addictions and develop compassion.
Fourth) Grounds the client by opening the lower chakras and strengthening ones connection to the Earth. It also clears the mind, creates determination and helps manifest goals. It can be used at the end of a session to integrate and complete the healing process.
The Karuna II symbols are of a higher vibration and more powerful than those of Karuna I. They help connect directly with the Higher Self and work on a deeper level. While they have specific purposes explained in class, the experience of their energy allows intuitive guidance in their use. Each level is taught during a one-day class. A manual and certificate is included.

Reiki Drumming
Saturday/Sunday July 21/22 10:00 am-6:00 pm each day ~ Ventura CA
In this dynamic class we take a look at rhythm, sound and Reiki as healing tools to assist you on your Life’s Journey. You will be working with a drumming healing journey using the Reiki level 2 symbols as the conduits for the processes. You will receive a Reiki attunement with the drum that comes as part of the class curriculum. Journey to meet the Spirit of your drum, journey to a time in your past for specific healing and awakening. Practice working with drumming for another and mental/emotional re-patterning. This and other techniques are part of this Reiki Drumming workshop.
